Lot Clearing Services in Knoxville, TN

Chris White and his team did a great job of removing a tree out of the corner of our backyard. The tree was leaning towards my neighbor’s house and in an awkward part of the yard, but Chris and his crew took care of the job quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Chris and his team!

Cant say enough good about this company and Chris. Had him come out and clean up a large brush pile left from taking a huge oak tree down and he did an awesome job, like it never even happened. It was so good and his prices were so reasonable I had him come back and take down a different huge oak tree that was giving me issues. Again totally awesome job, reasonable price, super service and great experience. I've had a lot of tree companies come out and most have not been half as good.. I would highly recommend him based on what I have seen. A pleasure to deal with.. and very polite and professional to boot..

Chris and his crew were awesome! They completed the work they were asked to do and went well above and beyond in the clean up. Not only did they clean up the debris from the tree and bushes that were trimmed, but they picked up sticks and leaves from our latest wind storms. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him next time I need work done!!

Had 7 trees removed, stump removal and top soil / cleanup at stump removal site. On time, fast and efficient with a team of skilled / hard-working guys. Price was great and cleanup afterwards was incredibly good. I don't think they left a single branch or leaf. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

Chris and his team completed a difficult job of cutting down 10 large trees around my house. Couldn’t ask for a better job. I highly recommend Chris for any tree cutting services you may have. Thank you Chris for a job well done.

We needed to have four large trees cut down on our property. Chris and his crew arrived on time, accomplished the cutting and clean up very professionally, and were gone within a few hours. The price was reasonable, and Chris remained on site to personally direct his crew and answer all our questions. He also answers his phone when customers call! Highly recommended.

Chris and his crew are impressive. The time from first contact to finished job was faster than I could have hoped for. The work they did was excellent -- above and beyond, by far -- at a very reasonable rate. Really could not be happier. Highest recommendation.

Highly recommend! Chris and his crew took care of all of our needs and a little more! He had to trim branches from our neighbor's trees and made sure that too much wasn't taken.

He is the absolute best. We were in a jam and had a dangerous tree that needed taken down immediately, I called him, and he was able to come out that day and take care of it.

Chris gave me the lowest estimate of the other tree service companies, and also the earliest date to begin work. He showed up within 5 minutes of when he said he would, and finished taking down and cleaning up the two big pine trees within two hours. I will use him if I ever need trees removed again. Highly recommended.

I recently had a 65 foot red oak fall into my yard which created a real mess. I got quotes from 4 different companies for removing the tree. White's tree services was the best estimate and demonstrated the most understanding of my desire to minimize damage to the yard. They were on time and efficiently removed the large tree. I was very pleased with the outcome and would certainly use them again.

They came out & took care of 2 full trees, property line of trees,& multiple tree trimmings. They were quick, efficient,& you can't beat his prices, period.

Great price

We had a tree that fell over our driveway late one night after a big storm. Chris was at our house in about an hour and came back the next day since it was dark out and so late. He quoted a great price and removed the tree quickly. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors and call on Chris any time in the future if we need him. Thank you

I highly recommend White’s Tree Service.
The owner, Chris White, returned my call the same day that I had left a message inquiring about an estimate. Soon after calling me back, he came to our property and gave a fair estimate. Not long after that Chris and his crew came and did exactly what they said they would do. We’re happy customers.
In my opinion, these guys are professionals.
We’ll be using them again this fall.

Chris is awesome! He not only is reasonable, but he is reliable and respects your property, always meticulous to leave your property as he found it. Chris goes to great lengths to be fair, honest and give you excellent service. He far exceeds expectations on all counts! My highest recommendation!!!

I had three big trees scattered across my property needing removal. I was worried about heavy equipment ruining my yard, but Chris waited until just the right time until the ground was firm and did an amazing job. The crew worked quickly did perfect cleanup, and there were no traces of ruts or equipment being on my lawn. Chris priced his services fairly and was good to communicate. He custom cut one of the tree logs and moved it for me, and carefully piled the wood chips I wanted to save. We’ll use White’s from now on.

Chris and his crew took care of tree work for me and did an excellent job. They were able to take down large trees in a difficult location and finish the job safely. I highly recommend them for your next tree job.

I have a large property and have used several tree services over the years. White's is by far the best! Honest, reasonable, professional. I could not be happier with the service and clean up. Chris went above and beyond! You can not get a better tree service company in the Knoxville area.

We contacted Chris regarding a large pine we needed removed. He was very quick to respond and arranged a visit in a day or so to evaluate and provide an estimate.

Chris and his crew arrived on the day agreed upon, and began work immediately. By the time they took a lunch break, the entire tree was down. When they returned, it was amazing how quickly the job was finished.

The tree was very close to our storage shed, but they were able to take it down without any damage. They also did a very thorough job of cleaning up after the work and left the yard in great shape.

We would have no qualms at all about recommending White's Tree Services and will be using them for future work.

Chris is the man when it comes to trees. I’ve used him twice now removing fallen trees on my property and he has been efficient and affordable not to mention reliable. Highly recommend Chris and his team for any tree removal services needed.

We had White's Tree Service come out last week to clear brush and small trees from the hillside behind our house. Chris is very knowledgeable regarding what vegetation was best to clear and what to leave to prevent erosion. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, cleaned up and were done surprising quick. Chris is very easy to work with and his prices very reasonable. We will be using White's again this fall to do some more work for us and would highly recommend their services.

These guys are great! I had a huge tree fall from my shoreline across to the other side of the cove which blocked all boats from exiting the cove. Chris came in with a plan and made it happen quickly and removed the tree out of the water. It was amazing, quick and efficient and a ton cheaper than the alternative of a barge and crane coming in.

I highly recommend White's Tree Service. Fast response, excellent communication, provided the exact service we needed in a timely manner, and even cleaned up the yard before they left. Best price quote and friendly team. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Chris White has been my "Go To" tree expert for over 10 years. From emergency removal of a tree on my roof using a crane, to bucket truck removal of leaning trees, to simple chop, drop and chip jobs, he and his crew are professional and courteous. I always find his fees to be competitive too. It's no wonder his services are in demand!

I needed five trees taken down in my yard in Farragut, TN. Chris gave a great price and was able to schedule the work much sooner than the competitors. He showed great care for the property and even trimmed other trees that needed some TLC. I can't give high enough praise for his work. He's knowledgeable, personable, prompt, and sticks to his word. I'll be using White's Tree Service for all of my future projects.

Chris added fill alongside our driveway to stop erosion. He did a great job and in a timely fashion. While he was here, he noticed that there were trees overhanging our roof. Chris said trimming the trees would keep our shingles from getting damaged. I really appreciated his foresight to help us. I highly recommend White’s Tree Service.

Great price
This is now the fourth time we have had Whites Tree Service take down trees on our property. Chris (the owner) always exceeds our expectations and does the work at a great price. Professional, fast, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't even think of using someone else and cannot recommend Whites Tree Service enough.

Chris is very good at what he does. He removed my large tree that was hanging over two houses without touching either one. He did a very good job of cleaning up also.

They took down a large oak tree near my house. They also took down some trees on a steep hillside that I had not been able to get anyone else to do. When I got home everything was clean as if they had not been there.

Chris and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They were efficient and did the job safely. They were prompt and transparent about what to expect. And they were nice which it’s always a better experience when the people who do a job for you are kind. Definitely recommend these guys.

Chris and his crew have cut several of our old trees over the last 7-8 years. We keep using them because they are professional, reasonable and thorough in the job they do.
My last job was a removal of a precariously placed dead tree that was going to hit our house and deck. They made it look like a piece of cake. Very impressive. Thx!

Whites Tree Service is locally owned and the service you get from them is very personalized to your needs. They are professional, on time, efficient, and observed safety processes. The team worked very well together! The price was very reasonable and they took care of the job very timely. I highly recommend this company and it's employees for your tree service and other services they proceed.

We had Chris and his crew come and take down two large black walnut trees. They did an amazing job; they had all the necessary equipment to complete the task quickly, cleanly, and perfectly! Thank you! They also had to take down a fence, some bird feeders, and other items. They went above and beyond to clean up and put everything back the way it was. I am impressed and thankful for their professionalism, and fair price! 10 stars needed!

Chris and team are exceptional in what they do. I have used them twice now for dead trees in my yard, both times they have been prompt, quick, and very reasonably priced. Chris always comes out to inspect the job beforehand, has a plan to get it done efficiently and safely, and they have always left the area nicer than they found it, cleaning up any debris created in the job. Cannot ask for a better man to do the work, and recommend them to anyone needing tree work done!

I highly recommend Chris White and his team at White's Tree Service. Chris quoted a fair price and kept great communication leading up to the job. He explained how he would safely remove the tree and dispose of the debris while making sure not to damage my yard. I was very pleased with the professionalism exhibited by Chris and his team and plan to contact them again for future work.

I have used White's Tree Service (Chris) on two different occasions at two different houses. Both times he has done a GREAT job and cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend Chris and his company to you and to my clients.

Chris White made time for us in his schedule and trimmed a large tree in our yard. He sent pictures so I could see the progress and got the job done quickly and cleaned up the debris. Very satisfied with his work!

The White team does excellent work. They came behind another tree service that started a project, and abandoned me. Not only did they complete the project, they cleaned my yard and blew all the leaves from my flower bed. If you’re looking for honest workers, and an open line of communication the government found the right company.

There are plenty of tall trees in Avalon, and we’ve had several occasions that required tree removal, and we’ve not always been happy with the results. By a wide margin the best that we have come across is White’s Tree Service with Chris White as the owner. Chris is very courteous and easy to deal with. He is always easy to contact and if he is busy he calls back very quickly. We had four trees removed, three of which were over 60 feet tall. They have access to a 185 foot crane and had all the trees out within eight hours. They work safely and can explain exactly what they are doing at any time. They do a total clean up, to the point of picking up small twigs by hand. When they left everything was back the way it was before they arrived, except that the trees were gone. We could not have been happier with the work and with the overall experience.

Chris came out last night and gave me an estimate for removing 5 trees from my property and cleaning up the low hanging limbs on the remaining trees. I was surprised at the cost, much less than I was planning, and the schedule. He had a crew onsite today and worked all day. Completed the task and spent a good amount of time cleaning up and make sure the property was left better than they found it. Very professional and safe team.

Chris and his team were outstanding! They went above and beyond and were so pleasant to do business with. They did extra things like grinding an extra stump and trimming another tree that needed it. Great customer service!! I highly recommend!!

This guy’s tree work is top-notch-my yard’s never looked better. And the firewood? Burns like a dream, stacks perfect, and delivers a grin with every log. Sure, he won’t haul freebies, but why would you want handouts when you get quality like this?

Chris and his crew are top notch, very responsive and prioritized our project due to the danger a large maple posed to our house after a portion of it had already fell. Highly recommend this company!

Chris and his crew consistently do great jobs. They removed a huge dead tree that was threatening the house. They cleaned and chipped several acres of dead trees. They pruned severely neglected shrubs and removed the debris. He communicates and asks questions. All at reasonable prices.

Just had Whites Tree Service remove a tree that was too close to the house, remove a hedge and trim a tall Crepe Myrtle away from the house. The work was excellent, they worked with great care and attention to detail and did a thorough clean up. Great value as well. Highly recommend. Thanks Chris!

We had a tree damages in a storm the previous weekend. Texted him on a Sunday with a picture and he was able to meet the next day. Chris noted tree damage put my house at risk, decided to take the tree down. Came back the next day and took care of the tree, scheduled utilities to mark before the sump grind. Prompt fast and efficient!

We had a large tree go down overnight due to high winds. Fortunately it did not hit the house, but still caused damage and blocked the driveway. One call to White’s this morning, Chris came out to give us an estimate which was competitive. The crew was out within 30 minutes. They did an excellent job, even had a stump grinder called in to assist. The tree was taken down, all the debris cleaned up and hauled away. Excellent service, polite, they take pride in their work, would highly recommend.

I have over 50 trees on my property and Chris is my "go to" tree guy. He's professional, fair, and as friendly as they come. More than anything, he's quick to respond and quick to get the job done. Before working with White's Tree Service, other services would put me on a calendar 3 weeks (or more) out. Chris and his team work hard to get it done asap and I really appreciate it. I'm really glad my son-in-law recommended Chris to me. I HATE spending money on trees, but Chris makes the whole ordeal pleasant.

My initial call to White’s Tree Service was answered quickly. After a few questions and sending a couple of pictures of our project, Chris came and gave us a very reasonable quote. He was able to work us into his schedule early. His crew came and they were thorough, extremely efficient and their clean up work was great! We will definitely use this company again. It is so good to work with people who keep their word.

UPDATE 4/6/24
Just had them come out again and they were excellent!! Good work and a fair price. Best tree service around no question!

Great job and very pleased with their communication. Would definitely recommend!

Chris and his team have completed 5 or 6 jobs for me in the last few years. They show up, do the job, clean up, and are gone. Always priced fair for the work to be done. He comes equipped to do the job the first time.

These guys did a fantastic job taking down our large and very dead monster white oak. Were extremely professional and managed to take it down in two days despite it being in a very difficult location, with the dead canopy looming over two other properties including mine. It was a huge safety concern so I was happy to see it go. Especially after having the worst time dealing with east tn tree service, it was nice having a crew out here who knew what they were doing. 10/10 would reccomend. Thanks again so much Chris, and to everyone who else who worked hard to bring it down, especially the climbers. Much appreciation!

Chris gave me a phenomenal price and followed up with outstanding service. Access to my trees was difficult and tight that caused other tree service companies to offer much higher prices. But Chris new how to get er done! Brought in a crane, chipper, and the equipment to handle the felled trees and remove them from my site just the way he said he would. I highly recommend his services.

I would highly recommend White’s Tree Services. I needed some limbs cut back from my house and a holly tree cut down and removed. Chris quoted a fair price, was punctual, and reliable. His crew were efficient, hardworking, and wanted to do the job right! And did! I will use their services again.

If you need trees cut look no farther! These gentlemen are extremely professional very polite and courteous. Their price and service are unmatched in this area especially if you need trees cut in and around a golf course. As with all trees that are of any size some damage to ones yard might occur. It's the nature of the job. Well Whites tree services assured me they would fix any problem that occurred. Which they did with great care to the point I can't tell they were back there!!! But, the trees are gone. Perfect job and great company!! Thanks again such a blessing

White's Tree Service are working on a huge clean up in our yard plus will be cutting a very tall pine. Chris and his assistant came the very first afternoon and cut a tree off our driveway so we could get out. We have found them affordable, hard working and have been impressed with their thoroughness. Definitely recommend White'S Tree Service to others.

So grateful for these guys. I've never seen anyone work so hard. I highly recommend them for any job big or small. Professional and fair pricing compared to other companies I've used.

Chris White and his crew removed a large tree, sitting closely between two houses, for us today. I was so impressed with the whole process. They brought the tree down slowly so our yard was basically untouched. The guys cleaned up everything down to the last twig. I would HIGHLY recommend Chris White to everyone who needs tree service. You won’t find anyone better to do the job!

White's Tree Services is great! We are a repeated customer and very happy with the fast response from Chris. This time we had him remove two dead trees. He even took the broken limb stack we had in a pile. This was not an ask from us but an offer from him. Great service!

Chris and his team did an amazing job. Not only did he remove the trees we requested but went above and beyond with the clean up. We would give him 10 stars if it was possible!

Chris and his crew were awesome! Chris made suggestions for the work we needed to have completed. He and the crew were on time and took great care while removing a tree that was close to our home. Everything we requested was taken care of at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend him and will definitely call him next time we need work done!

We are so happy we found this tree company. Sent message over the weekend after losing massive, well over 100 year old Oak tree in our yard. They quickly responded, out the next day for estimate then early show the following day. Professional from start to finish. I pointed out a couple more trees and will absolutely be contacting this tree company for all tree related issues. Hard finding such a reliable professional company like this!!

I hired White’s Tree Service to cut a large tree in my yard. They had done work in my neighborhood as had other tree services and storm chasers after the big storm last year. I chose White’s Service after seeing their work. You could tell the houses where Chris White worked. He did not destroy the yard with a skid loader or damage good trees with falling trees and branches. It is good to see someone who takes pride in his work. I was very happy with their work and price. I was even more happy not having to clean up after they finished.

I bought 2 ricks (bulk bags) of firewood this week from Chris White. I am completely happy with every part of the service! Chris was great to set up a day and time for my order. He answered, or promptly returned, my calls or text messages. He was there when he said he would be. The wood is EXCEPTIONAL, unusually well cured, and a good mix of wood type and size. The price is fair, and doing business with Chris is great. I will definitely be buying more from Chris and recommending him to my friends.

Not sure my previous comments were posted. Their work is exceptional. They are efficient, safe and very professional. They wasted no time or motion. Their cleanup was superb. If you didn’t see the freshly cut stumps you would never know they were ever there. I highly recommend White’s for any job large or small.

Chris was very prompt in service. I got an immediate answer to my call and he was at my house first thing by the next morning. He exhibited impressive technical expertise in assessing the tree at issue, while simultaneously being very down to earth and friendly to converse with. I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing tree service and would look forward to the chance to work with him again.

Had a big maple tree next to our deck split apart during recent storm. Texted Chris at recommendation of a friend, and he called me right away. He and his guys came over the next afternoon, cleared up the tree mess, even raked up the leaves and sawdust. Never saw men work so enthusiastically. Excellent service, fair price. Heartily recommend Whites Tree Services !

Definitely recommend White's Tree services! I do not usually write reviews, but Chris was here within minutes of my tree falling on my house! They did a great job at a great price. Will use again for any future need.

We have had Chris take down trees that looked like they were going fall and he and his crew did a great job . Another time we needed him when a storm knocked down a huge tree across the road and he came out quickly to get that mess cleaned up. He has always been very reasonably priced!

Chris and his team did an amazing job for us. Chris's knowledge helped us make better choices in choosing which trees and branches to remove. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards and the price was by far better than the other estimates we had gotten.

Chris is very knowledgeable and great to work with. They were very quick, clean and reliable. Arrived when they said they would. Pricing was very fair. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

We recently had several trees removed along our fence line by White's Tree Services, and Chris did an outstanding job from start to finish. He provided thoughtful
recommendations on which trees to remove and how to improve the overall appearance of our yard. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and the work was done efficiently and professionally. Chris and his team left the area clean and neat, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend White's Tree Services for anyone needing reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly service!

After a recent storm uprooted a tree, fell on garage, and blocked our driveway overnight, I called Chris the following morning and he was at our home clearing the tree within an hour.
